Supported national program planning, management, resource development and implementation for FHI Pakistan, as well as coordinated working with donors, implementing partners in project design, proposal development, contractual agreement, provision and/or arrangement of monitoring and technical assistance and project evaluation. Provided assistance in developing research instruments for Pakistan’s first HIV/STI surveillance study and helped Pakistan formalize response to HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. He established a successful inter-sectoral HIV/AIDS prevention model to help HIV/AIDS Enhanced program as well as empowering the MARP.
